2. Return & Exchange Policy

O Wow Beauty Supply is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Process:

  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the original receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items:
